In rare circumstances, cookies can arrive damaged. We pack our cookies well however once they leave us, we are no longer in control. Broken cookies can be refunded via the USPS or FedEx insurance programs. When loss or damage occurs, a claim must be filed with the carrier. USPS and FedEx are now providing $50 of insurance for all shipments.
